Suresh specializes in formulating & implementing HR strategy, systems & processes; managerial competency mapping, assessment & development; employee satisfaction surveys; HR scorecard; HRD audits and Kaizen.

Suresh holds a master's degree in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations from Mysore University, has about 25 years professional experience including 18 years direct work experience at senior levels in the HR function with Astra IDL and the BPL Group.

Suresh has been actively involved in designing & implementing assessment centers and assessor training workshops. In the last about ten years, he has been involved in over 400 managerial assessment & development projects, viz. formulating competency maps, compiling competency dictionaries, designing assessment instruments, directing assessment & development centers and training of assessors.

He has executed and delivered key assignments both in private and public sector Organizations in India and abroad (Muscat, Dubai and Jakarta, Ghana and Nigeria).
